Public Art #4 (Installed Variation 4) is a collaborative effort by Gary A. Bibb and Jane Hsiaoching Wang which was part of the global art exhibition: Chain Letter. The exhibition was featured at 11 major international cities and concurrently on view from July 16 - August 25, 2011. (However, the Boston exhibit at the Samson Projects Gallery was limited to a one day presentation on July 16, 2011.)

The conceptual basis of the Chain Letter art project mimics communication today and the way in which information is shared. Invited artists in turn invited 10 additional artists they personally admire to participate in the exhibit. The outcome is a testament to the power of connectivity within society during the early 21st century.
